Level Theory provides home services including, but not limited to, furniture assembly, handyman work, basic landscaping, cleaning, and related services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

2. Estimates & Payments

  • Estimates may be provided verbally or in writing and are subject to change based on actual scope of work.

  • Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion of services unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept payments through Wix Payments, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tap to Pay.

  • Level Theory does not store payment card information.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules may require advance notice.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

  • Specific cancellation terms may be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property and scope of work

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area

  • Disclose any known hazards prior to service

5. Limitation of Liability

Level Theory is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
